SHIPPING
Fees: Free shipping in Canada.
$25.00 outside of Canada.
Delivery times: 5 to 15 business days in Canada (depending on the alterations we have to make)
- 5 business days: Garments as is, without alterations.
- 10 business days: Garments with a simple alteration (1).
- 15 business days: Garments with more than one alteration.
- Exceptions: Made-to-measures projects can take longer. Please contact us.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We accept exchanges and refunds for all of our products.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please return the products within 30 days of receiving your package. In all cases, the customer is responsible for the delivery fees for the return.
* Modified or altered products, as well as products on sale, are still exchangeable and refundable, but refunds are made with a Selfmade Society gift card.
CANCELLATIONS
We only accept cancellations within 2 days of placing your order. Please contact us ASAP if there is any problem with your order.
RETURN POLICIES
Returns must be approved by Selfmade Society before being sent back. If the return is approved, Selfmade Society will provide a return label, free of charge.
The product must be in perfect condition. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in the value of the product. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or a return if the garment is damaged or has been worn.
